Pain Points & User Flow

Medical office receptionist is a multi-tasking role. They need to serve patients by greeting and helping them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts. It’s easily to interrupt their work flow, because they have to keeps patient appointments on schedule. It is one of the biggest pain point to keep them from providing a great clinical experience.
